As members of Pall-Ex, one of the leading freight distribution services, we hold ISO 9001 Certification. This sets out a number of quality management principles that we abide by, which includes having a strong customer focus. It's there to help us be more efficient and ensure customers are consistently getting a good quality of service.
The certification requires us to define our own objectives, such as always going above and beyond our customers' expectations, and show how we are continually improving to meet them. It helps us ensure we put our customers first, which in turn can lead to repeat custom and new clients.
Road Haulage Association (RHA) membership
The RHA aims to ensure the UK has a road haulage profession that is efficient, responsive and perhaps the safest in Europe. As a member we are able to make use of a number of their provisions to help us improve the service we give to our customers. This includes having set Conditions of Carriage which are recognised as an industry standard and gives our customers a guarantee their goods are in a safe pair of hands.
Additionally, it gives us access to a help desk that assists us to operate in a compliant and efficient way and the ability to be part of membership briefings so we stay up to date on the latest policy and legislative changes, as well as much more.
