The drivers are very nice and helpful.
If we ever have a problem, the office staff are very professional and solve the problem very speedily and efficiently.

We have been working along side Southlink for many years now and will continue to do so because all the drivers and office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and their service impeccable and professional as well as leaving us feeling they really care about not just our needs but our customers too.
Not only this but we have found their prices extremely competitive beating out our previous courier by a high margin.
We have had it in the past that even after a collection has been made late in the afternoon, Southlink and its team have made extra effort to come back to us to collect more freight later in the day. (this instance really saved our bacon)

We run a business nearby the Southlink, very handy for us as we just leave the pallet out the front, quick call and they quickly pick it up. Pallet gets delivered when they say.
Staff are always friendly and more than helpful. We have never had a single issue with their service. We continue to use them.

This is normally met. Also we appreciate that South Link will collect even if we have only one item - however realise some of this is due to close proximity. There have been only a few missed
Collections, but usually can be put down to the abnormal conditions over the last few years. Therefore we can say that we value the service and the good level of customer service also.
